THE SOLUTION
PSI now use the Seamless CRM quoting add-on, Seamless Opportunities, to prepare and manage all of their quotes.
The Problem
PSI wanted their expert sales team to “be people not emails”, focusing their efforts on building relationships with prospects and customers, not on time-consuming sales documentation. Nevertheless, they still required a robust, accurate quotation management tool to help them to compile timely, winning quotations and help to improve conversion rates.
PSI were using Excel spreadsheet tools with out-of-the-box Act! Opportunities to manage complex product data and spending a long time customising quotes from scratch, exposing them to lots of human error in data transfer and a lengthy checking process.
The Solution
Donald Page of Seamless CRM reviewed the needs of the business and recommended its off-the-shelf quote management add-on, Seamless Opportunities Foundation, providing on-site support to assist the PSI team to map its sales process, set up its product list and install the add-on.
