Have you got a Technical Support Kit?
Many of our product licences include free telephone and online technical support, to deal with any technical questions you may have about the Seamless CRM products you are using. For the few that don’t we offer pay-as-you-go telephone and online support,
Pay-as-you-go technical support online and over the telephone is charged by the minute in 15 minute blocks. Technical Support only covers you for those occasions when the software is not functioning according to the specification.
£1.50 per minute (minimum charge £22.50+VAT for 15 minutes)
